before the game on tuesday night i was behind the practice nets watching Lonergan go through his warm up ect. Comrie fired a shot from edge of box to which Lonergan reacted to with a superb save pushing it onto the post and out.

the following exchange takes place.

fan: save lonners

Lonners: nods at him and thumbs up in acceptance

fans mate: fuck off he never touched it!!

Lonners: You what?

fan's mate: not tryin to knock your confidence pall but u dint touch that!!

Lonners: are you actually blind?? I've tipped it.

fans mate: sorry Andy just bein honest

Lonners: you ARE blind. (turns back to pitch shakin his head)

fan and mate walk off looking sheepish and embarrassed.

😀 one of the funniest things i have seen at deepdale. G'lad Lonners.....and just for the record it was a beltin tip onto the post😎
 
If he bites that easily I think I'll go down and pass a few observations in the warm up on Saturday. I wonder if he'll suss me when I say "No need for the triple salco!" 😀

I got to see this one. "Fan left badly SHAKEn, by Loners". "PNE Goalkeepers hunt Fan, like a pack of Dogs" I dunno which the LEP will chose 😀 😉

To be fair, there's only a handful of clubs with a higher d*ckhead rating amongst the fans.

Stockport, Leeds and Carlisle being three.

Burnley being another.

Arsenal being the last one.

Stoke City, their fans turned on each on the other night.

Sounds like a stroppy teenager who can't accept his ability being questioned to me!!
 
From the thread title I was thinking and Shaky was hoping that it meant a fan would be in nets on Saturday!
