Assured, has two decent feet and is good in the air. Unfortunately he has had a spat with DF and behaved like a child.

a good move by DF in all aspects, we lose a shirker and it could possibly guarantee relegation for sheff weds. i fear for him come next month when chris sedgwick rips a new arse hole into him😎
 
Well as you can probably tell, I'm quite a fan of Nolan. I think this move won't do us any favours and it can only be a permanent move, surely?
Disappointed.

Haha well.........Not just that, he's a decent defender with a good thinking brain on the pitch, which is more than can be said for Collins & probably Jones too. He only played long ball because that was Irvine's choice!

My Girlfriend lives in Huddersfield so i have listened to the last two games...agaisnt Carisle the commentater said he was having a mare,and againt Swindon he played ok but the commentaters said he has to learn he cant just go straight through players to get the ball,he was giving away a few free kicks.
 
Sheffield wednesday fan here. Mixed views of him from your lot, just hope he can do a job for us. Cannot see us signing him tbh because we have no money what so ever unless investment arrives. Very unlikly!

I personally think he'll turn out to be very good. He just has to be given the necessary first team football.
Try being us; we have terrible funds. Just lucky we've got daddy to loan us players.

Considering he's right footed he has a good left peg. Good in the air but arguably not dominant enough to be a centre half. Reasonably quick, composed. At the very least an excellent squad player.

Couldn't have put it better myself. Got bullied by Burgess when he played CB at Bloomfield Road.
 
Quite a few aspects to this loan me thinks 😱

1. It will help to fund Williams wages (who is on more than Nolan )

2. DF probably only got TW on the back of promising to get another squad player out on loan

3. DF has stated that he has 6 centre halves on the books and that is too many....DF certainly does not see Eddie as a LB

4. DF went fucking beserk with EN in the dressing room after the game at Swansea for his attitude when leaving the pitch...I think he ignored DF`s handshake.


All things considered it`s not really a surprise.
