yesterday in sainsburys i spoke to the gentleman who was the first to do so first thing on may 4th. i would have been there with him if i had not been attending an outpatients appointment at rph at the same time. as recorded elsewhere i bought mine at 11.45am bst the same morning. if you want to wait fine but do not knock us who have got them or are doing so soon . you don't know[unless we tell you] why some very personal reasons may make us do so.

Exactly. The PR has, as per fucking usual, been an absolute disaster. No one has any idea what is going on and because the club just can't be arsed sorting out a statement with some substance simply because, well, it's a Saturday.

I just despise my own club.

This cant be serious? Just look at every other club who has had problems of this sort, I can think of one who ended up not having a club to watch and they are back now anyway.

The you have Leeds, cardiff, portsmouth, just to name three who have been in worse trouble than us for alot longer. The theres Stockport, who, after long, lengthy proceedings, including administration etc etc, had a week to find a buyer/money or they would cease to exist, they are still going now. You will, without any doubt in my mind, be watching championship football at deepdale in august.
 
The biggest problem is exactly that - PR.

What kind of message does it send out to prospective signings?

It's a fucking PR disaster.
 
I don't understand you guys , we have a good set up here , just imagine if we were 1 of those clubs who,s chairman didn't give a fuck about us and we received a winding up order and instead of coming out and reassuring us he just fucked off home . 😱🙄

Fact is sales will be very poor until this mess is sorted new backers are found and new players are signed...It's all GLOOMDALE AT THE MOMENT AND TALK BUYING SEASON TICKETS IS A JOKE!!
 
how does it help the club if your all sayin 'I'm not buying mine yet?'

Ive bought mine and i urge you all to do the same! The club needs bigger gates...we make a loss every game! It's no wonder where in trouble!

Read my post again mate, I said a statement with substance. Ie. One that explains how and why this has happened and attempts to reassure fans that this isn't the beginning of the end of their club.

That "statement" is a fucking joke. It does absolutely nothing to tell us anything, there is no word from our chairman, what the fuck is he doing today?

I'm not having a go, I just don't see that as a statement, I see it as another PNE PR disaster which just causes more panic and uncertainty.

What the fuck is going on Derek? What the fuck are you doing today?
