Was you there? no, Ok Lonners was at fault, but they not as bad United cock up. Even the keepers at the best clubs make mistakes. No need for a change of Goalie, we just need the Back Line to sort them selfs out, because they so easy to break through. And with our back line we going to see more heavey defeats.

I was wondering which pillock would use Van Der Saars bollock as an excuse to absolve Lonners, and lo and behold....

Van Der Saar hasn't been quite the same since his wife got ill, but for fucks sake he doesn't fuck up on a regular basis like Lonergan.
 
The first goal was definitely Lonners fault, the second goal was embarrassing defending, and the build up to the third goal was not much better.

If Wayne Brown is not going to be able to play at least 3/4 of the remaining matches, we must get another experienced CB in urgently.

The amount of goals conceded from outside the area this season, and parts of last is piss poor, and someone has to take the blame.

There are only so many "wonder" goals you can concede in one season!

I agree. We should be making a move for De Leat at Sheff United, can play anywhere across the back.
 
No point whatsoever in playing Arestidou. Lonergan is hopeless at commanding his area (in fact he's gone backwards since last year) but those who've seen Arestidou will confirm that he's hardly dominant himself. Added to which Lonergan at least saves plenty of shots which would otherwise have been certain goals - think of Coventry away just a couple of weeks ago. What we need is some serious competition for Lonners. A strapping goalkeeper who will shout at defenders and inspire confidence. Unfortunately I can't think of a single one within our means.

Yes I was there, and Loners fucked up big time for the first and should have gotten to it. What could the defenders have done about that?

Second was crap defending, third wasn't much better either.

With our back line, and an inept keeper, I agree, we will see heavy defeats.

And give over with the Van De Sar comparison! Its embarassing!
