Hemmings, just buy a nuclear bomb and set it off in the middle of Deepdale, it will have the same effect and take less time.

Tonight was the last straw for me.

I went to Chesterfield away and they were poor, they sit bottom of League One and they knock us out. I don't think we've even won in the JPT this year as they've all gone to pens if I am correct?

We are losing to teams, which on paper we should not be doing, quite simple as that.

I'm not one to make a rash decision, but Brown has given me nothing to have any hope he can turn it around. Even in our good run of 7 wins I thought we were playing poorly. I don't even think he says the right things. He keeps mentioning character etc, well he keeps saying he is looking for it, but he can't find it so....

....Brown, get out of my club!
 
I have said all along that I would give Phil Brown until christmas to sort this club out, but he has clearly lost the plot. To lose at home against Rochdale, away to Bury and then again at home on penalties to the side propping up league one, in the semi finals of the JPT is completely unacceptable. We only just scraped past Hartlepool.

I am not saying we have a devine right to beat these sides however, when you look at the players at Phil Brown's disposal, the budget he has compared to other League One Managers, the ground, the facilities and the contingent of fans that pack the stands both home and away, he is not doing any of it justice.

Tonight was the best chance that many of us are ever likely to have in getting to Wembley and seeing the side we travel up and down the land supporting win some silverware. The sides left in it Oldham, Swindon, Barnet, I mean come on!

Phil Brown now has to go, I am all for stability in the Managers office but its not working. Managers are more like signings these days, if they aren't working you get rid, you dont persist until it is too late. A new manager coming in could get these players playing, Brown for me lost the dressing room a while back with his Darren Ferguson style public put downs.

Yep - we didn't win a single game in the JPT. 1 bye and 2 pen shoot-outs.

Chesterfield's league record away is P9 W1 D1 L7. Please do the honourable thing Phil and resign.
