Christmas Card Addresses

[Tark]

I've been doing my card envelopes tonight, which means that most will be getting them after Boxing Day. But I've just had a really nice moment as in my address book I've just come across an old friend I'd lost touch with for a few years, till I met him again at his Mum's funeral this spring and we re-exchanged addresses. So I've just written an envelope to [name], ## North End, Osmotherly, Northallerton, N Yorks. (he's not a football fan, so the fun's all mine).

So, just for fun, have any other on-liners sent a card this year to a 'Deepdale', 'Preston' or 'North End' address that's not in Lancashire? 😕

A very, very specific target audience for this thread. Good luck!

I sent an xmas card to a friend who lives on North End Road in London..

I sent a card to Great Preston Cottage. Not really apt at the moment though is it!

I'm confused.

A good frind and avid PNE fan lived in Deepdale cottage - but that was cheating as he named it!

Not entirely related, but my milk bottles have Town End Dairy printed on them

A friend of mine who lives in Oz has his house named,

"The North End."

So yes I genuinely have sent a card to someone with that name.
