Your words not mine.

They are I thought you wanted me to get the violin out because you have a mortgage and wedding to pay for. I was wrong.

They were never going to put a half season ticket at the equivalent to a full season ticket it wouldn't make sense and people are naive to think they would.

I struggle to see how people can't afford a season ticket if they work. I pay mine over 10 months @ £33 a month. Which is probably a 3rd of a sky subscription or a smart phone contract. If you work shifts then it's pointless but I've lost count of how many people who say £20 a game I can't afford it yet waste well over £30 a month on shite. If we want our club to go anywhere we have to support them.

Bradford's average 14,761, North End's 10,251, I think that is pretty good for this division and 4,500 above our's, they must be doing something right ? 😕 😉

Bradford have been riding on the crest of a wave, Cup final, promotion via play offs and a great start in league one.

We however have been utter dog shite for the last four years having recently had arguably the worst manager in our history.

Is it any wonder their gates are higher as an effect.

I've said all along should we still be challenging after these Xmas games ( which I believe we will) our gates will gradually start to increase.

That said I do think Bradford's ticket card scheme is a good one.

Would not disagree with anything you have said there JK, however Bradford have used their discount schemes to keep the fan base at around the 10,000 mark for the last four or five seasons.
So when they started on that crest of a wave they had a bigger starting point in terms of fans already regularly attending.
Yes I also think that as long as we are still challenging at the top after Xmas, which I don't see why we shouldn't be, our gates will increase. However perhaps only between the 10,000 to 12,000 mark, with only the odd important game getting above the 12,000 mark.

Does anyone know how many we have sold ?

I was gonna get one, but im not so sure now, because I already know that I will miss two of the 12 matches.....

Buy it then "sell" the 2 games you are missing for a tenner a pop if you're tight. That's 20 notes back. You'll regret not getting one and then missing out on Crewe away on the final day...

Any I miss btw, as rare as I do, I give away.

I missed 19 games whilst shitbag was in charge, and tried to give the tickets away but no fucker wanted them!

I missed one, maybe 2 games (holiday) and successfully gave the 2 tickets away...one game ended up 0 - 0. Was in March 2012.

I was a season ticket holder for the last 13 years, and when I did miss a game I used to give away my ticket - I would rather somebody used it, than it went unused !!

I know what you mean about Crewe away though.........

I would be gutted if after all these years of hurt , I missed out on our promotion party !!

Some of you lot are going to be in trouble...Tickets are only supposed to be used by the purchaser... They will be watching you... Months of CCTV research ! 🙂

I got told today that only about 77 season tickets were sold in this offer. So it looks like that PR reason for not offering them came true, but at least it brought some money into the club.

I really thought more than 77 would have been sold.
I was predicting 200...

Oh well , as you say Keith , it generated about £15k

Great offer should bring us in some good new players in the transfer window.
More to the point and with todays, what can only be described as disappointing, crowd, how are we going to wake our town up from its apathy towards its club?
