Yes only played briefly, but Browne showed with that pass how much we have missed him. Just a class player.

You should give him some advice on how to handle it with grace and modesty, Ando.Did someone mention Hat Tricks ??

Really enjoyed the last 15 minutes, the players were allowed the freedom to just play.
Osmajic will rightly get the plaudits, but for me it was Browne that the catalyst for the change of momentum in the game.
We’re unlikely to see it unfortunately, but Osmajic, Riis, and Millar as a 3 in front of a midfield 3 of AB, BW, and Mads in a 4-3-3 would be genuinely threatening. In the unlikely event that AB signs an extension, and we have a manager willing to play a 4-3–3, the focus in summer would be on significantly improving in the defensive positions.
If only we had a strategy and at least attempted to adopt a commercial operation which would allow us to invest accordingly.

1986. Someone asked me on the game if we’d ever had a second half trick scorer, i quoted this one to the month and the year. It was the game in really started to believe John McGrath was the saviour!John Thomas got one in 1987 but I think his took about 10/12 minutes v Halifax….
The points were always the important thing tonight - how we might get them was secondary but in the end the way we got them was stupendous. Osmajic obviously gets all the attention but the player who really made the difference was Browne - suddenly we had drive and composure right in the centre of the team. It was Browne's pass that sent Osmajic through for our third and Browne who sent Frokjaer away to create the chance for Osmajic to get out fourth. But Osmajic deserves all the praise and attention he will get - each of his finishes was superb. Now serious question has any PNE player in living memory got a hat-trick in seven minutes - I cannot recall anything as quick ever. On to Saturday - Browne must start and so obviously will Osmajic. It will be another absolutely must-win match. But this season is still alive.

Just home from the game. For 60 minutes we were dire, needlessly giving the ball away and it felt like it was gonna be one of those nights. The balance of the side wasn’t right however once Browne and Millie came on we took control of the game. Thought Brady had a good game especially playing on his weaker side for a large part. Clinical finishing and with his power and pace, he’ll score goals. Give him a run in the side. We’ve got to play better on Saturday as Norwich would punish us if we have a slow start. Hopefully a good crowd and we get into them from the off.
Holmes was clear MOTM for me tonight. Ozzy always gonna get it for bagging a hatrick though. McCann also superb. Mention for Brady too who also looked good despite being out of position.
Awesome second half after the dismal opening 45. Keane's penalty was a bit iffy, but he got pulled down again a few minutes later for one that looked more of a penalty, so Huddersfield can't really complain about that. They had subsided badly and we were beginning to turn the screw even before the hatrick hero got on the pitch. With the door slightly ajar, Osmajic kicked it open in great style. A real quality hatrick with three great finishes, no lucky deflections. He loves that old Town End!
Great result all round with Cov losing and the wendies coming back to grab a draw against Norwich. Time to get stuck into the Calvados and maybe a cigar or two.

We were slightly better in the second half I suppose.

Cannot honestly believe the turnaround he's had, genuinely unplayable recently! He looks a completely different player

I disagree. Huddersfield self-imploded and disintegrated - a very fragile bunch 😉

That's the only contender I can think of and I was there but I don't think Godfrey managed it quite that quickly. BBC website says Osmajic is the only player in all four divisions to score a hat-trick this season after coming on as a sub.

Sensational performance from Osmajic. A 7 minute hat trick is unbelievable! Special mention to Brady as well, who I thought was great again. His performances recently have been fantastic.
Coventry and Norwich dropping points certainly helps our playoff bid. Saturday has suddenly got a lot bigger, imagine if we win…
As soon as our first went in, we started to play much better. Great win that keeps our season alive.
