Have a good run with Mads at 10, Millar at LWB and 2 strikers up front - Lowe has all of those on the pitch and isn't doing it, just so his wingbacks are on the correct side for their footedness.

This formation and his obsession of making his players fit it the way HE wants rather than looking at what his players are good at will be the death of Lowe.

RL should consider the strengths of the players and then construct a formation / system that uses their strengths.
