100% this. I like how a few people are quick to jump on Alexander's back already. The squad he's inherited is utter dog wank and would probably do poorly in league 2.
 
Ashamed as I am, it's time to leave the terraces. There's some shite on BBC 2 about a reporting pensioner that is marginally more interesting.

So much truth in this. Heckingbottom's record was awful, and the recruitment over the summer also abysmal. He's left us in a right state, combined with total incompetence from above him.
 
The only small positive I can find is that 3, possibly all, of these goals could have been easily avoided.

Not through a minor tactical tweak or something fancy. Simply through doing basic stuff properly. That means it’s fixable and it fucking needs to be. This needs to be the absolute low point.

With respect to the attack I have nothing however but it feels like giving Moran a go wouldn’t be a bad shout. And Devine need to pull his finger out of his arse.
