Is is it right there is a CAST meeting with the club before the game against Ipswich on saturday?

I've also heard that PSG have left CAST, is that correct? If so, who exactly is on the CAST board now? 😕

Also, if anyone on here is part of CAST is there any chance you can give us a bit of info on what "issues" are to be discussed with the club...🙂
 
Like - the players that OBVIOUSLY aren't arsed - now that we are 'safe' for another season ( albeit with further dwindling atendances.....like THAT'S not important...)

Also, if anyone on here is part of CAST is there any chance you can give us a bit of info on what "issues" are to be discussed with the club...🙂 the usual 'issues' are ways of creating an atmosphere 🙄 at matches. These normally involve some kind of theme day or yellow out days away from home.

I think anyone is welcome to attend but if you want to go you will need to inform / ask Andy Pomfret at PNE.

That explains White Womble being the rimmer in chief. 🙄
 
I can also confirm that PNE-Online will not be currently taking part in anything to do with CAST, if you would like to know more, please contact Andy Pomfritt at north end re cast.
 
Which club staff are on the committee? 🙁 Surely them dominating would yet again be typical of their "keep everything in-house and make a right pig's ear of it" policy?

I think it was agreed that each group would have 2 members on the commitee. However this was not allways the case, not just by the club I will admit.

However the people who attended the meeting's on behalf of the club, were not allways the people who could actually do anything, and in my personal view were only looking at ways to boost there own career's than actually help the supporters!

I believe Shinny's forum are trying to join.

Looks like CAST is quickly going down the toilet. Perhaps we will be spared a "Balloons at Birmingham" away day now.

Shinny's forum have been trying to join for a while, I think. I don't see the attraction personally - I guess some people feel like better fans when they curry favour with the club. 😕
 
Why have PSG and this forum dropped out ("currently"). Is it due to the way it's been setup or as a couple of posts back that anything raised isn't rally going to reach the level you would expect(i.e. not being taken serious enough by club?)
 
Since the demise of the BFB Ive been looking for a supporters group to join, but don't know the difference between PSG, CAST or the Ream Team.

Please could someone advise me which would be the best for me.

p.s. Does the OSC still exist?

Jake, the reasons are far and wide, but mainly CAST no longer represents what PSG devised it for.

I think the refusal to send players to the end of season do would probably have been the straw that broke the camels back, utterly disgusting that after a season of support from the fans that they can't put something back, but since when have the fans been important? As long as we keep handing over our money that's fine.

I can understand it must be thoroughly unpleasant to have blind faithers sucking up to you all evening, but for one night only they could make the effort.

It wasn't just that Shaky, though if 2 hours a year is too much for the players to give back (and after Saturday's performance they owe us minimum that much 😡) then who would want to be arsed with them anyways, David Beckhams they are not 😡

It was a host of other reasons that was just the final straw for PSG.
