Used to collect at least a couple of quid in shrapnel down the front of the pavillion paddock in the 70's. A few coin strikes were an occupational hazard. Coins were heavier back then as well. Hope everyone is ok.

Sad thing is mate these little thoughtless shits are everywere these days it seems and the powers that be have chose to treat them like victims in there punishment rather than deal with them properly . old folk afraid to go out of there houses after dark says everything to me about how this chav generation has gone from strength to strength . Thing is for all there bravado these little shits pick there victims or strike out from a crowd , but until we rid this country of its do gooder over pc mentality it will get worse because our hands are tied . sad that we should have to suffer because of a few mindless chirlish fools .
 
Spent the evening tonight with a girl who was caught up in this shite.

She managed to avoid the bottle, the coin and the spit that came from the utter scumbags that occupy the top two or three rows of the BSK.

To those who say "its only a few chavs who give the rest of us a bad name" I say start naming names and faces to the stewards and stop dressing like chavs if you don't want to be associated with them.

If you turn up at the back of the Kop in a La Coste or Reebok tracksuit in black then you are going to get tarred with the same brush as those who are throwing coins and spitting at fellow North End fans.

Get a decent dress sense and move away. If you do this you'll find you won't get stopped by the fuzz as much as you mooch around the Larches or Callon.

Perhaps you would allow them to keep their seats over the Easter weekend - we'll sort them out for you. Also the 20p's will come in quite handy given that the price of toffee-apples has rocketed over the last few months.

Lets be honest, is there anything in England poorly ran than a running of a football ground? from stewards to cctv?

Even the banks are better ran manchines than football grounds and thats from Old Trafford to Kenilworth Road.
 
This is why I moved on to the town end, as someone else said before. They don't give a f*ck about all the other north end fans, I remember when I used to sit on the kop (earlier this season) when there were chants such as 'f*ck off right side', when it was in fact the right side of the kop who were chanting properly.
Kids look up to them (11/12/13 year olds) and see them as role models, that's the worrying thing.
No one likes them, other than themselves however this doesn't seem to bother them. They think they can do whatever they want and get away with it, such as burnley away.
I hope they all get tw*tted...

Stewards don't give a shite, a couple of seasons ago my son was hit with a half full bottle of coke mixed with alcohol (full size) which was hurled at us from the scumbag Dingles. I went berserk and tried to climb over the segregation netting just get my hands on any of the fookers including women that were laughing. I raised it to the attention of a more senior steward who just said nothing we can do. Had my lad of been injured severely I would have been making inquiries into complaining about the insufficient appropriate stewarding being shown.

Having returned to work on the Monday, I was told of a women fitting my description who had been caught on the CCTV trying to incite trouble with apposing fans from the police control room, no sign of the incident that led up to it though!! Piss up in brewery couldn't organise and that includes the police too!!

Im not trying to insight an argument in my future post.

Right, to start off, i do not dress like a chav. I try and distance myself from their very scummy fashion ways as much as i can. Although, when i sometimes cannot be bothered to dress up for a walk to the shop, ill stick some tracksuit bottoms on. But this does not make me a chav. I also do not sit on the kop. So i am not making these statements blindly as if i was sat at the top with them all wearing a Reabok tracksuit.

Secondly, the lads i know that come on here who make the statement that it is only the chavs at the top of the kop giving us a bad name, certainly aren't chavs, and also do not dress like them.

Most of us are of a decent sort, and im sure if we were ever to meet up, a decent conversation could be had, and if you ever were to get to know us, you would find we are no chavs.

To finish off, im as annoyed as any of the adults on this forum, and disgusted to know that this kind of scum support our club. Clearly they have no passion, do not care about the club, or their fellow supporters.

To finish off, to any adult reading this post, i hope you do not let this incident guide your mindset to the point were you believe every person under the age of 18, is a chav.
