Just phone my mate, who's got my away ticket. The ticket office was first class this morning serving him, he collected 10+ away tickets (all season ticket holders with one or more away match).

You stirring the shit Atky? There's hundreds of people here tearing their hair out who can't get through, and there's people buying ten tickets at a time for all their mates who are doing fuck all? 😱

It's like the bloke at half time who orders twenty pints for him and his mates, then gets them in again as they hand the last one over. (Seriously, this happened on the Kop and they ended up having to shut the bar as it caused a near riot with the hundreds stuck in the queue behind the selfish cunt.)
 
It's not excellent if you have to pay 8p PER GO to be told that the number is busy. Why not just use the normal engaged tone, and save fans money. Or is this a cheeky way of making more money? Incompetence!
 
I went to the ticket office this morning, excellent and speedy customer service and got 4 tickets for Monday at Sheffield.🙂

I was getting my tickets with the lad's at the front anyway .... we all went to the same till and got all our tickets together so does it really matter?

My mates got 15 behind us and my other mate in the cue and a lad he knows were getting 30.I feel sorry shaky but if we get there for 5.30 in the morning why cant we get that many

I was right behind you in the queue and although it didn't matter to me all that much it doesn't look good for the people further down the line when they see people just joining in at the front. When I got there at 5am there were seven people in front of me, by opening time at 9 there must have been fifteen 😱 As I say it didn't worry me but you couldn't blame those further back if they were a little annoyed.
 
I agree with Shaky. There should be a limit to how many people can buy for their mates, to stop the queue being abused. 4 per person, tops?

Me too, why should the people behind have to wait even longer than they already have. I f you want your mates to sit with you, you should all go down there together.
