Match Preview:- (From Sporting Life)

Preston will be hoping captain Callum Davidson is fit for their match against Crystal Palace.
The defender was expected to make his comeback against Middlesbrough but the Scotland defender failed to make an appearance as Preston drew 2-2 with Boro.
Davidson has been out since September after tearing his hamstring while on international duty and is back in training and hopeful of a return.
Preston have endured mixed fortunes in recent weeks with two draws, two defeats and two victories since their Carling Cup defeat to Tottenham at the end of September.
But they remain in the top 10 in the Championship and will be keen to bolster their prospects with victory over Neil Warnock's men.
Midfielder Barry Nicholson remains out with a broken leg but Irvine has an otherwise fully fit squad to choose from.

Crystal Palace will be without Clint Hill for the trip.
The left-back picked up his fifth booking of the season during last weekend's 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest and serves a one-match ban, so youngster Lee Hills could be handed a rare start.
Freddie Sears limped off last week with a groin strain but has responded well to treatment and Palace have not yet ruled out the on-loan West Ham striker.
Stern John, who has made three substitute appearances since suffering a dislocated elbow on the opening day of the season, or Victor Moses will come in if Sears does miss out.
Another forward, Calvin Andrew, is still missing after knee surgery but he is back in training and played in a practice match this week.

(The PNE-Online Man of the Match for the Middlesborough game was Paul Parry)
The Player of the Year Table is therefore as follows:-
Lonergan 3, Parry 3
Brown 2, Mellor 2, Sedgwick 2
Carter 1, Chilvers 1, Davidson 1, Nolan 1, Shumi 1

THIS MATCH IS A QUID A KID GAME, WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY A PAYING ADULT.

Hi everyone , were the hell is Callum???
Couple of weeks ago he was all but set to start and here we are and he ain't even on the bench , what gives??
Surprised that big Jon has been dropped , lets see if Browny pulls his finger out this game. Same applies to Chaplow , nothing since the awesome display at the Foxes.
C'ON YOU WHITES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He's been a right grumpy bastard as certain posters will testify, the sooner he's back playing the better.

Female commentator for palace which is a first🙂

She pointed out that we have failed to score a single goal from outside the area this season
