1) What will the outcome of the match be?
Your lads have got to be favourites. We struggled before the international break due to various reasons, hopefully we'll be back to full-strength when we play you guys on Monday. I'm really struggling to see past a score draw though, but maybe I'm been optimistic.

2) Which player should we fear most?
Probably Jon "The Beast" Parkin, on his day he's not just a tank, but also a bloody good footballer.

3) Which player do you fear most?
Oh christ take my pick! There's a lot of very talented players in your side, the majority of whom should be playing in the Premiership. Nolan, the Argie on the wing, Barton, Smith; but the one person I'm more worried about is Andy Carroll. A bit of a reputation here for his time on loan as a bit of a playboy, pretty piss poor performances on the pitch but looks to have turned it round now he's back playing "at home" so to speak.

4) Who is your worst player?
Erm, not sure we have a "worst" player. Every team has players who can mis-perform, some more often than others. The player who has tendancies to let us down in the big games is Youl Mawene, but that's only because he's lost 2 yards of pace since having a considerable amount of knee surgery two years ago.

5) Who do you judge our worst player to be?
Have you got one?!

6) Which player should we look out for in the future?
Andy Lonergan. Most people on here know I was a bit of a critic of Lonergan's but this season he has put in some great performances. Our main saleable assett without a doubt.

7) Where do you think you will finish this season?
Between 5th and 15th. The league is that tight.

8) Where do you think Newcastle will finish this season
Top Three.

9) What do you think the Future holds for both clubs?
For yourselves, a return to the big time and you'll probably look back in 10 years time and think "remember when we went..... x y & z".

For us, who knows. We're struggling financially but still manage to compete, we need more fans from Preston to get behind the team but with where we're placed in the region its pretty hard to compete for the young support. But we're still here, still doing well and you never know, one day we might just make it to the promised land.

All the best.

Few Questions...

1) What will the outcome of the match be? Score draw, 1-1
2) Which player should we fear most? Probably Neil Mellor when on form or Paul Parry
3) Which player do you fear most? Kevin Nolan
4) Who is your worst player? Neil Collins
5) Who do you judge our worst player to be? Alan Smith - never rated him
6) Which player should we look out for in the future? Eddie Nolan
7) Where do you think you will finish this season? 10th
8) Where do you think Newcastle will finish this season 1st
9) What do you think the Future holds for both clubs? Premiership for Newcastle. Will probably stay up for the seasons that follow, but no higher than mid-table until you get your board sorted out. Same old for us, top half side but perennial play-off failures.

Finally,do you think that's its reet that teams are "rewarded" with failure of relegation with £23m in Parachute Payments over 2 years? It fucking well stinks - this being the reason why we are stuck where we are. Level playing field my Prestonian arse. 😡 Not having a pop at you btw.

1) I think we'll sneak a win, despite our poor form.
2) Our wingers Parry and Wallace probably, both pretty pacy, direct and one is usually very consistent from set pieces.
3) you play Guttierez on the right yeah? well his work rate could well get some good purchase against either our recently recovered from injury LB or our young CB playing as a makeshift LB.

Plus, if you have anyone quicker then stephen Hawkins up front, he'll probably still be quicker then our CBs.
4) Pick one from our Central Midfield.
5) ive never seen Coloccini have a good game for you.
6) Probably Eddie Nolan, the young CB playing as a makeshift LB, or our Keeper Lonergan if he continues his improvment, he'll certainly be prem player
7) Anywhere between 3rd and 23rd really. Depends if we can get the Midfield functioning again.
8) Top 2 realistically, ive been surprised you arent a shambles this season really.
9) A couple of Yo-Yo seasons for you while you get rid of Ashley and a decent backer comes in. For us, probably tough times ahead in the next couple of seasons. A lot will depend on our next managerial appointment after Irvine inevitably leaves.

is it a reward for failure, or a reward for the success of getting promoted in the first place?

Unfortunately, as much as we all dont like them (mainly because we havent benefitted from them 🙄) they go some way to helping newly promoted teams compete in the prem without the fear of destruction if they get relegated.

1) What will the outcome of the match be?
The way we've been playing recently, PNE 0-2 NUFC, but my heart says PNE 1-0 NUFC thanks to the signing of Tonge.
2) Which player should we fear most?
Maybe Tonge, we're yet to see him so he could be brilliant (or not). Wallace on the left for his trickery, Sedgwick on the right for his overall play.
3) Which player do you fear most?
Out of NUFC's? Andy Carroll because our former players ALWAYS score against us.
4) Who is your worst player?
Richard Chaplow by light years.
5) Who do you judge our worst player to be?
Joey Barton. Lack of brains makes him a right b*****d & he's not that good anyway.
6) Which player should we look out for in the future?
Our defender Eddie Nolan. He's gonna be good, with ROI cap under his belt and many more to come.
7) Where do you think you will finish this season?
Around 6th in another mediocre season.
8) Where do you think Newcastle will finish this season?
About 3rd in a valiant comeback from relegation. Promotion might be just out of reach.
9) What do you think the Future holds for both clubs?
A few more years of floating aimlessly and then a move in divisions either way. Who knows what may happen? Leeds were the last club of NUFC's size to come down.............

1) What will the outcome of the match be?
Newcastle win, unfortunately cant see anything else

2) Which player should we fear most?
erm...... i'll get back to you on that one!

3) Which player do you fear most?
Cant see our strikers getting past Steven Taylor

4) Who is your worst player?
Carter/Collins/Elliott etc..

5) Who do you judge our worst player to be?
Andy Carroll, was useless when we had him!

6) Which player should we look out for in the future?
Eddie Nolan, could have a good future

7) Where do you think you will finish this season?
10th-15th

Where do you think Newcastle will finish this season
Top 2

9) What do you think the Future holds for both clubs?
newcastle back to mid table premiership, PNE mid table Championship, until the money runs out!

1) The best that PNE can hope for is a draw from this game & I would say this is the most likely result
2) Hard one this, but Neil Mellor is currently above the general mediocrity
3) Nolan
4) Collins
5) Hard to say having not seen many of your players play this season. But Andy Carroll was generally poor when he was on loan here. Perhaps the fact that he actually puts some effort in when playing for you alters things
6) Andy Lonergan -Just about our only saleable assett at the moment
7) 14th
8) Coca Cola Championship Champions
9) Newcastle to return to their status quo of being a higher mid table Premier League club & trophyless. PNE to be in div 1 in the next 3 seasons

1) What will the outcome of the match be? PNE 1 Newcastle 3
2) Which player should we fear most? Ross Wallace ( on his day ! )
3) Which player do you fear most? Quite a few - Carroll seems on fire at the mo though !
4) Who is your worst player? On current form Chaplow
5) Who do you judge our worst player to be? - Not so sure that you have one
6) Which player should we look out for in the future? Andy Lonergan
7) Where do you think you will finish this season? Mid table
8)Where do you think Newcastle will finish this season - Second to Boro
9) What do you think the Future holds for both clubs? Newcastle back in the Prem , PNE lucky to survive in the championship due to lack of future investment in players.

1) What will the outcome of the match be? PNE 1 Newcastle 1
2) Which player should we fear most? Paul Parry (if he plays)
3) Which player do you fear most? after the goal he scored last week it would be Gutierrez - we've had a couple already this season where midfielders just stroll past our defence, he could be another to add to the list.
4) Who is your worst player? Has to be Chaplow - but I'm still hoping he proves me wrong.
5) Who do you judge our worst player to be? - Smith/Barton (and I think one of the two will see red on Monday as I can see a couple of our players deliberately winding them up)
6) Which player should we look out for in the future? Andy Lonergan
7) Where do you think you will finish this season? 8th
8)Where do you think Newcastle will finish this season - 3rd
9) What do you think the Future holds for both clubs? Newcastle will get back to the top as long as they don't get complacent. More of the same for us - around the top 6 for a couple of seasons before the inevitable demise. 🙁[/QUOTE]

What will the outcome of the match be?

North End will make an improvement on recent clueless performances (they have been on sun soaked holiday, after all) but probably still get slammed.

The attendance will be pitiful, as people choose to watch the game on Sky.

Newcastle will outsing us.

Which player should we fear most?

A free-kick from Ross Wallace. The rest are a sack of shit, and that includes Wallace in normal play.

Which player do you fear most?

A retribution goal from Andy Carroll.

Who is your worst player?

The entire central midfield. The entire defence.

Who do you judge our worst player to be?

I have not paid enough attention to answer this. I suggest this is removed from future surveys, and replace with a novelty question about arses.

Which player should we look out for in the future?

Do not worry yourself.

Where do you think you will finish this season?

Top 20

Where do you think Newcastle will finish this season?

Top 3

What do you think the Future holds for both clubs?

More tedious football matches. Never any real success.

Few Questions...

1) What will the outcome of the match be? Away win
2) Which player should we fear most? None, apart from mellor on a good day
3) Which player do you fear most? Neil Collins
4) Who is your worst player? Neil Collins
5) Who do you judge our worst player to be? That ropey foreign centre half with girly hair
6) Which player should we look out for in the future? Don't look at any of ours they are all shit apart from Mellor on a good day
7) Where do you think you will finish this season? Relegation
Where do you think Newcastle will finish this season Above US
9) What do you think the Future holds for both clubs? We look to be heading for certain financial meltdown, there will probably be a mosque on the site of Deepdale in a few years. Newcastle, with correct management at all levels and financial stability could get back to the premier leagu and be moderately successful

As you can tell, we are a pretty negative bunch

1) What will the outcome of the match be?

PNE 1-2 Toon

2) Which player should we fear most?
If back to full fitness than Paul Parry, but if Ross Wallace decides to turn up, then he will also be a threat.

3) Which player do you fear most?

Kevin Nolan - Out of your entire sqaud he is deffinatley the player who should be a premier league club, and expect him to move back in Jan.

4) Who is your worst player?
I wouldn't say we have a single worst player, but a handful of players who are either not up to it, or just not bothering. So any from the following, Elloitt, Carter, Chaplow, Collins, Shumi.

5) Who do you judge our worst player to be?
Andy Carroll, he was bloody awful while on loan at PNE.

6) Which player should we look out for in the future?

Andy Longergan - He will be the next player sold on by the board, no doubt in Jan.

7) Where do you think you will finish this season?

Mid Table

8)Where do you think Newcastle will finish this season
Play offs

9) What do you think the Future holds for both clubs?

If Newcastle don't win promotion this year they will really will struggle next season ala Leeds, Nowich etc, as you will lose all your players, and your attendances will drop.

If you do go up, then a bottom half premiership side, until you can get rid of Ashley.

As for PNE, without outside investment we are only going one way, and that is to League 1, in the next 2 or 3 years.

Cheers!

2) Which player should we fear most? The Beast
3) Which player do you fear most? Kevin Nolan. Seems to be scoring for fun at this level from midfield.
4) Who is your worst player? Neil Collins
5) Who do you judge our worst player to be? Andy Carroll, I know it was a few years ago when he was here but I still think he's shite. Looks like a bell end too.
6) Which player should we look out for in the future? Lonergan is our only real prospect left
7) Where do you think you will finish this season? 9th
Where do you think Newcastle will finish this season 1st
