PNE Online – Terms and Conditions of Use (2025)

By using this website (“PNE Online”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or participate.

1. Age Restriction

PNE Online is an 18+ service. You must be at least 18 years old to register or post. By using the site, you confirm you meet this requirement.
We do not knowingly permit underage users. If you misrepresent your age, responsibility lies with you. If discovered, your account will be suspended.

2. Content Responsibility

All posts (“Content”) reflect the views of the individual author only. We are not liable for any user-generated content. The forum operates on a member-contribution basis and is not a publisher.

3. Content Moderation

All content may be reviewed by moderators or scanned by third-party anti-spam systems. Do not post confidential or private material.
Content may be removed or edited at any time without notice. Moderator decisions are final and not subject to public dispute.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to post, request, or link to any content that:

• Is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening or discriminatory
• Contains adult, explicit or otherwise inappropriate material
• Includes personal data of others without consent
• Infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Encourages unlawful or harmful activity
• Contains spam, deception, or malicious content
• Discusses, promotes, or requests access to IPTV, illegal streaming, or pirate broadcasts
• Encourages or facilitates the resale of football tickets, which is prohibited under EFL and FA regulations

Violations may result in post deletion, account suspension, or permanent bans.

5. Data Protection

We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. By using this site, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Online Safety Act Compliance

We take reasonable steps to protect users from content that may be harmful or illegal, in line with the Online Safety Act 2023.
This includes prompt action on content related to hate, harassment, threats, and other regulated harms.

7. Moderator Authority

PNE Online is privately operated by its Moderation Team on behalf of Patrons and Members.
Forum rules and moderator decisions are not open for public debate. Posts disputing moderation will be removed. If you require clarification, you must contact an Admin privately.

8. Patron Status and Sanctions

If a user receives any form of ban, even if a Patron, the Moderation Team reserves the right to remove Patron-related privileges for up to six months, at its discretion.

9. Licence to Use Content

By posting on the forum, you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use and reproduce your content within the Service. You retain copyright of your original work.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice or explanation.

11. Terms Updates

These terms may be updated without notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current version.
