Re: Calling all Stattos
I think one should somewhow define what "all the teams" means exactly. I guess it means all the teams currently in the Football League? 😕 I mean, there are lot's of former members of the Football League from the (very) old times which still exist as football clubs in the non-league.
For example, Glossop North End has played in the top flight, if I remember right for one season only, and I guess Bury's last season in the top flight was after that.

Re: Calling all Stattos
Not true.
Reading, Watford, Wigan, Carlisle, Northampton, Brighton definitely for starters.
...and without checking theres probably at least another ten to twenty from the likes of Forest, Middlesbrough, Burnley, Leeds, Blackpool, Ipswich, Norwich, Southampton etc who all have had long periods in Divisions 2,3 & 4
(Reply based on total years spent in the top division - not the length of time since you were last there!)

Yeah, but what Durutti asks is the 2nd one: the length of time since the club was last time in the top flight. For PNE it is currently 45 years, for Bury much more, I guess. (My guess is that Bury hasn't been in the top flight after the 1st World War - have to check this.)

Have been, was the question.
All the teams you have listed are either in the top flight, or have been in it since we last were.
I suspect it could well be true.

Re: Calling all Stattos
Pretty good guess. They were relegated in 1929.
The only other team that I could find was Grimsby who were relegated from the top flight in 1948 - unless Accrington qualify!!

The question seems a little ambiguous but just out of interest here are some stats for our local clubs. The number of seasons played ignores the two breaks for the war breaks. The number of YEARS since .... doesn't as I couldn't be arsed. (Accuracy is NOT guaranteed)

It's about time we were back up there. It's getting embarrassing!!!!

Accy have been in the top flight more recently than PNE. We were relegated in 1961, Accy left in '62.

Accrington Stanley has never been in the top flight. It was the 4th Division they left by resigning in 1962. Accrigton FC, one of the 12 Founder Members of the league has of course been in the top flight, but it was a different club than Stanley and it folded already as early as in 1896, see e.g.
