At this point just fire him off to whoever offers a bag of washers. How can you go from the graft that Milly put in to what he offered tonight. To come on and walk around when lads have run themselves into the ground to get us 2-0 up tells me he doesn’t give a shit and has absolutely no pride in himself. Disgusting.

My lad has always supported Riis even when I started to have my doubts but after his 20 minute spell on Saturday at Luton, he hoped he’d never put the jersey on again.
Trundling back from an offside position time and time again.

Always rated Riis however that final 20 minutes was unacceptable tonight. The very least he must do is put a shift in, close down and generally make a nuisance of himself. Ched might not have played any football but he would have at least done that.

Yeah I’m not a Riis fan at all but some of the comments in the matchday thread have been ludicrous.

The repetition of the same vitriol from the same few posters did get rather tedious after the 5th go-around.

He's out of contract soon guys, rejoice that we'll soon be recruiting a much worse striker than him.

I want us to cash in, as I always do with good players as it's the only way we can operate but he's a good player.

The replacements for the season are already here in Keane and Evans

That's the problem. Still a lot of games to get through after this window closes, anything happens to Osmajic and goals suddenly drop to zero with that pair.

I wouldn't back selling Riis unless a loan deal for a striker was in play. I'm almost sure even Ridsdale isn't that thick.

He wasn’t good when he came on but he is no lone striker and has lost a yard of pace since his injury. Rarely looks like beating a man these days but no doubt, played correctly he will still score goals.

That last 20 minutes was a fit Ched Evans type of moment but sadly he is no longer that guy. We need a focal point option up there to see games out.

Very strange after our best away performance of the season to have a thread created like this.

Over the years we've had a load of strikers who have delivered much less than Riis has in his time here. Keane's been doing less than nothing all season. But, I don't see dedicated threads about him.

Riis clearly doesn't want to be here and probably needs a new challenge. I'd be bloody bored of being here too, if I was him. He'll find a bigger club easily - some of you can then excitedly boo him when he thundercunts a goal in against us.

The fanbase seem strangely more accepting of the likes of Bauer and Evans who sign contracts, collect cash and then sit on their arse rather than go find a new club. That's what the "good pros" do seemingly.
