Confirmed Harrison Armstrong joins on loan from Everton.

Always a recall in season long loans. North End believe he is here for the season and no reason to doubt it given Moyes involvement.

He is developing here and playing every minute which was what they wanted.

He will be a Everton player next season, no doubt

Everton fans rate that account about as reliable as pnechatshit.
From memory I am sure that PR said the recall clause only exists for the first two weeks of the window so if they do call him back it can’t be at the last minute. As we know, we can rely on PR to always give accurate information.

I may be entirely wrong but seem to recall this)

Yeah this is what's put in place for a lot of loans nowadays, so that it doesn't completely screw over the club who had the player on loan so it gives them time to look for a replacement if they wish to.

You would hope that if Everton are comfy in mid table at that point that Sir David wouldn’t do that to us.

If they are in any sort of trouble they will want to add some experience or proven top flight record.

It may be me being naive but I am very confident he will be here the full season.

Either way, let's enjoy him whilst he is here and hopefully having a promotion push will be seen as massive plus for his development from his parent club.

I wouldn't be surprised if they recalled him and offered us Tim Iroegbunam for the rest of the season.

Different profile to Harrison but I just imagine they'd do that as a softener, if they did decide to recall the lad.

Funnily enough, he's the lad who went the other direction in the FFP-fuckery transfer with Dobbin at £9m each.

Hopefully Everton just stump up the money for Soucek and don't get any midfield injuries.

With Gueye at the AFCON, if any of their other centre mids are out, then Armstrong is certainly going back as cover during January at least, regardless of Moyes wanting to help us out.

The player might even push to go back to try and stake a claim. Same as Will Keane when Utd had a striker crisis.

Speaking to a few reliable people, this account isn't trustworthy and is currently just guessing.

Everton are really happy with how things are going. It was a big call to let him go, and such a late call at that, but the deciding factor was that he was staying local and that he went and played and enjoyed his football. Of course, there is a chance he gets recalled, Injuries/AFCON etc, as is the case for any of our loan players. There is a clause (for all loans) of the first 2 weeks of the window where they can recall them, after that deadline has passed. They can't be recalled.

What Everton won't want is to recall him for the sake of it, and then he doesn't end up featuring week in week out for them, they'd much rather him be developing and playing here ( Think Louie Barry loan at Stockport, Recalled in Jan last year and has now fallen off the face of the earth).

Eyes are set on a full season here, to then be a starter there next season. FWIW, barring an injury crisis, I feel he will stay.

Fingers crossed…
