Hi folks. Can anybody give me the email address of somebody to contact at the club about iFollow? They've debited subs from my bank account for May and June! I've obviously now got them blocked by my bank, but I want to complain to the club and get my money back from the EFL/StreamAMG.

It’s an annual fee spread over 12 months hence the reason they have collected from your bank.

I only wanted to get the commentary of 1 home game in early April. When I tried to subscribe for the one match it tried charging me £19.00 instead of the usual £2.50 (or whatever it is). So, as this was just before kick off, I opted to sign up for 1 month at £4.49, even though I wasn't going to need it again.

Cancel your direct debit and contact the club on the generic email address for information of who to speak to at ifollow.
