Could a Mod please tell me why this appears on my profile as its the second time it's happened.I'm quite proud of how long I've been here and I'm sure it's happened to others. It gives the impression that I've switched usernames for possibly nefarious reasons which I haven't... It might be 14 years now under the same username.

It was from here. Don’t worry we don’t think you are nefarious. It’s just the change in software has made it visible again I think as I’m sure you asked this before but can’t find where. You can point anyone to me as I take full responsibility for the joke

Just another pedantic point..... I've probably " checked " something that I shouldn't have but all of a sudden the little red alert bell ( top of this screen) only lights up when it feels like... Any ideas ?
