Has anyone seen what the pitch is looking like since the disaster against Hull?

My brother noticed a purple light shining from the ground the other week so some repairs must be underway with this new dome.

It will be 18 days since we played on it come Saturday …..

I’m hoping that there is some level of improvement.

That glowing light from the pitch was used all of December up until around the 30th when it suddenly wasn't in use.

Drove past it every night Mon - Fri about 1am - 2am.

Of course, we witnessed the results. 😂

Fair enough lol.

Just hope the pitch isn't as shit as it was against Hull and Derby that's all.

Hmmm, that was about when it got very cold and sunny wasn’t it? Wonder if the cash ran out, or they were thinking the sun would help matters or this mystery purple light was pointless because it was too cold to make any difference?

Then it warmed up, started raining and the pitch quickly resembled Moor Park after that radio 2 concert the other year.

I would hope it would have a better coverage of grass considering its not been played on for nearly 3 weeks.
