We haven’t updated the collective page for a little while on how we will develop our structure to be more democratic and open as we progress. Today we can give you an update.
When the collective was incorporated in the summer, it was with a core aim to improve the match day experience and fan engagement with the club. Irrespective of recent events, that remains our number one aim and we wish to reiterate that we do not want to become a protest group.
Earlier in the week, our founding steering group met to discuss our ongoing structure and to implement plans for the future. We agreed the following:
•Agree a temporary committee with allocated roles/representations
•Seek volunteers from across the membership who wish to get involved and take an active role in PSC
•Move towards having a constitution and rules in place with a view to having an AGM in Summer 2022
•Temporary roles at AGM would be then put to nominations and voted on
•Discuss membership and whether a nominal fee would be applied. The collective wishes,for example, to purchase wreaths for Remembrance Day It recently bought a wreath in remembrance of Trevor Hemmings
•Seek a formal Fan Engagement agreement with Preston North End - more details to follow
•Plan to have a stall within the Fanzone, where fans to raise issues or talk to PSC about ideas relating to the club
We have volunteers who have taken temporary roles until AGM, formal voting and incorporation of rules for the following areas:
Administration
Media
Police Liaison
Ground Safety/Ticketing
Catering
Merchandising
Youth
Disability
Permanent Fanzone Development
We are actively seeking volunteers to get involved to represent in the following areas to share the workload. If you are interested, please contact us!
Women including Girls Football.

Diversity
We have been helped immensely so far by the Football Supporters Association since the summer. We hope by sharing this plan we can continue to improve engagement with the club and be open to fans who want to get involved.
