NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND ELECTIONS : October 23rd 2023

Location: St Gregory’s Club, Preston at 7.00pm

Preston Supporters Collective will be having its AGM on October 23rd at St Gregory’s Club at 7.00pm.

The format of the AGM will be as follows:

* Review of minutes from AGM 2022
* The Steering Group will present a report of the work of about Preston Supporters Collective over the year.
*The Steering Group will present the accounts of Preston Supporters Collective for the previous year.
* The Steering Group for the next year will be elected.
* Any proposals/motions/rule changes given via email at least 7 days in advance of the meeting will be discussed.

For nomination for the Steering Group, one of the proposers or seconder must be a member of current Steering Group.

Annual General Meeting - Summary

1. Welcome, Introductions, Apologies for Absence, took place

2. Steering Group presentation of the work conducted by Preston Supporters Collective in the last year took place

3. Steering Group presented accounts and current balance

5. Motions passed

- PSC will continue to explore with PNE the possibility of safe standing at Deepdale.
-PSC will continue to seek continual improvements regarding the overall matchday experience.
-PSC will continue to support PNECET with their work with PNEWFC
-PSC will continue to support Disabled supporters and lobby the club for continual improvements on matchdays
-PSC will continue to press the club to be proactive and impliment the changes proposed in the Fan Led Reveiw by Government
-PSC will encourage the club to communicate with its supporters base in a variety of methods
-PSC will encourage the club to support capping away ticket prices for supporters in the EFL.
-PSC will work with Michael Barrett, PNECET Heritage lead, on club heritage matters relating to PNEFC
