I would guess the biggest issue will be guaranteed future investment, given the family are currently feeding the club £12m a year.

Having seen some of your other interactions on here it's clear you assume nobody knows anything at all about anything - how about reading an article or two yourself? You might actually retain some information. This is literally from just over 12 months ago.
 
Alan Browne on the bench tonight for Sunderland, hasn’t featured much at all this season, part injury/manager not having him.

First thing the club should do this summer is go and bring him back, fucking much better than what we have.

Love the lad and we didn’t replace him properly but we really need to move on from former players.

If we brought Browne and Iversen back in the same window, I couldn’t deal with it.

I've been a big fan of Alan Browne, not the most vocal captain, but always gave his best. However, I think now we should be looking for a younger version who we could maybe sell for good money.
