I'm a realist. We're not good enough, we have some tough fixtures and we don't look like winning any games at the moment. We can't keep a clean sheet and usually concede the first goal. We have also signed Leon bloody Clarke and are losing to a poor championship team in Barnsley.

What is there to get optomistic about?
