i thinking of all the good chants we have had and i would have to say my favourite is
we love you we love you we love you and where we go we follow we follow we follow and we support the preston the preston the preston and thats the we like it we like it welike it ooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Send the buggers back, oh send the buggers back.
These aren't the ones I wanted, son, I'm sending them straight back.
I said I wanted white ones, they've sent us bloody black,
I'm going to put the lid back on and send the buggers back.

Me father worked hard all his life down pits in't tannery,
He laboured every hour God sent from June to January.
He saved his pennies in a jar to buy his son some shoes,
But when they sent him black instead of white he blew a bloody fuse.

Used by just every other team in the league at the mo including the Lashers.

What's this go to do with songs related to PNE ?

And btw most of " 'em " now are 3rd generation born immigrants so there's now no back , as not only were 'they born here - but also their dads were born here.

And wtf is a pit? They were all shut down years ago. And - a tannery ? ffs.

I'd suggrst you Emmigrate yourself - to a Gated Community in Jo'burg.

OR, take your head out the sand & start accepting 21st Century reality in Britain.

And so are "The Red Flag" and the "Horst Wessel Song" - and presumeably the singers of those songs beliived in their Lyrics, too.

Next thing, you will be telling me that songs are pointless & don't ever mean anything .
