People are blaming our keeper for the loss. They could have played with no fucking keeper and they still would have won!
There would have been 5 whatever happened for me
Two minutes were lost to our goals, a few subs and it was not the only time the trainer was on from what I recall
Plus the big team was losing at home and that is always worth a minute
One thing is for sure - we do not need a new thread every 5 minutes from MorganPNE saying the same thing because merging gets tiresome.

Does anyone really think we deserved to win it anyway?
At this stage of the cup last season, I felt we still had a promotion battle on our hands. At this stage of this cup, I feel we have nothing but mid table mediocrity to fight for in the league. So I saw tonight as a big deal to be honest.
Wether we did or not at 2-1 up with 3 minutes left of added time we should have won ! 😕 🙁 😡

I think the reason we lost was because we scored less goals than the opposition. Staffy me old mucker I thought we played ok and did deserve to win. Bit I am a pissed up idiot so what do I know.

Yes I felt that. We weren't far off the Play Off places at the time, we were due a fit Hume and Mellor to play together, and we actually had improved amount of goals we had conceded. Even when Westley tookover, I felt a promotion charge was possible.

In my opinion yes. Last season we had a squad that when fully fit and confident could go on a 7 game winning streak even if playing poorly. I felt when Hume and Mellor were fit and playing together we could beat anyone in the league.
I've not seen that with this seasons squad. And I don't see it changing anytime soon. We also could be further behind when teams play their game in hand.
