Well Grayson has made his bed with that line up. It's sink or swim time for him.
Not sure about all this. Is this game that important? I can understand the ire after Saturday's poor result at Crawley and I think SG would be in danger of losing his job if we do not win on Saturday. This may be a 90 minute game or 120 or 120 + penalties. Blake and Davies would struggle to play for the whole game. Remember we do not have Beckford, Garner and Robinson. I'm sure the team would have been different if they had been fit. Sheffield Utd are a decent side. They gave a top Premier side two good games after reaching the semis in the League Cup and reached the semis of this competition last year. It would have been a tough game even if we had been on good form with full side. Let's give the lads a chance and support them win or lose.
Probably a dumb question, but who's Matt Hudson?
Has a river named after him in New York.

Winning would be worth at least half a million to us, massive game, not just in financial terms either. Not sure about all this. Is this game that important? Even if we win though, he needs sacking, Kilkenny and Brownhill together in midfield is pathetic, for a manager that's so focused on being solid and hard to beat, I can't understand why he picks a centre midfield pairing that can't head the ball or tackle, a lot of the time they actually back out of tackles, and in Kilkenny's case, can hardly run. It's either 5 at the back, or two full backs down the left hand side for Campbell fucking Ryce, either way, it's more negative shite from him.

Nah, that's Tim Hudson. I would know because 'Murica

He picked these two in a 4-4-2 against them last season.

I agree it would be a tough game even with a full squad, but Grayson is choosing to start with 5 defenders and no recognised goalscoring striker on the pitch. That's pretty negative in anyone's eyes, it's a line up designed to stop them rather than beat them - this is a one off cup game and if we do lose tonight, I think he'll have hell to pay for it.

Let's be honest - that's not a great Sheffield United team. However in Doyle they have an aggressive leader, in Baxter they have a solid playmaker that can chip in, and in Ryce they have a tricky little tosser that gives us nightmares.
We'll be punting long and praying for a set piece scramble.

5 defenders - and a striker who hasn't scored in over a year - wasn't exactly the resounding fearless attacking battle cry I was looking for.
