Forum Style Change

I like it, looks good.

One thing though, The Messages have been posted since you loaded this page - message is hard to read. The colours are too similar.

There’s a button to swap styles at the bottom of the page if people want it. Think it had to be swapped into the default style so it could be worked on to know what it looked like on different devices

Can I request that the user avatar/conversations/alerts buttons go back to where they were on the header, so that they stay visible when you scroll down the page? They used to be here, between the "Become a Forum Patron" button and the Search button:

Now there's a great big Search bar in their place, and the buttons are marooned at the top of the page, out of sight.

Those buttons are one of the most useful things to have visible at all times.

Should add, I'm on a Firefox desktop browser.

Firefox on mobile works the way it did before.
 
I have ditched the orange, still playing about with features and design.

Folk can go back to the older version if they like.
 
This is very much a work in progress but in order to maximise features and new add on's moving forward we needed to move with the times.

I am taking feedback on board as we go, already changed the font to make it bigger.

Have changed some colours and generally tweeking it which may take some time.

Also this new version is far more user friendly on mobiles once you get the hang of it.

However, for those who prefer the old version you can pick which ever version you prefer.

Tried to post a link on how to do it ( thanks Manc White ) on the thread with the most traffic but there's no option to reply on it.. Is it locked? It says that " I have insufficient privileges to post here " ........ ?????
 
I've changed mine back to the old format.

I guess it's what you're used to, if I signed up and it looked like the 2022 format I'd be fine. I'm just a creature of habit and comfort, I can't even function when they move the aisles about in supermarkets.
