Matchday Thread Millwall v PNE - 27/01/24 - KO:3pm - Championship
This is what is so frustrating ND….Miraculously we are not in a relegation fight but if we were a draw would be the best result
Had we won today we would be in 10th place and only 2 points off the playoffs….
More ambition is needed from the club …
You're argument would hold more weight if we didn't absolutely slap Millwall around for the last 20 mins of the first half.
Go into the second half as you ended the first.
That not down to the players?
Or what about Millwalls manager changing things up at half time?
Ye those things don’t come into the equation.

Do you know what a pillow biter is Ron?
Flattery will get you nowhere you complete oddballThought you’d think about that stuff with regularity being my stalker.
I reckon you are particularly dumb if you cannot understand the difference between supporting a decision and supporting the manager as whole. I've wanted Lowe out for a while but to be so blind as disagreeing with every single decision rather than basing it on its own merit just reeks of a closed small mind. Personally I really hope he proves me wrong and he becomes a great success, as then PNE would be successful, which is what we all want isn't? Is it more important that your current close minded opinion is correct? And another sycophant jumps in.... Sit down.
I get that, but if Loew was as tactically adept as he'd have us believe, he should be able to counter whatever is thrown at the squad in the second half with something other than park the bus and hoof it.That not down to the players?

So it was an absolute masterclass from their manger to completely nullify our attacking threat🤔🤔🤔That not down to the players?

Funny how often managers do that against us isn’t it🙄

Then you have to look at not playing hoofball with the likes of Storey, Hughes and Lindsay in your defence.
And not to mention Ledson in midfield.
And another sycophant jumps in.... Sit down.
Give it a rest Ron....
Yet another that's perfectly happy to take it up the ring piece
Is that a post to Ridsdale and Lowe?....... You should log off and have an early night Ron.... Your acceptability of us being bang average will see you raped on here.

They didn’t though did they?
Or were the chances that fell to Osmijic x2, Keane and Potts just made up?
Millwall controlled things when Saville & De Norre came on. Maybe that was the point where we should have changed shape, instead of matching them up completely.I get that, but if Loew was as tactically adept as he'd have us believe, he should be able to counter whatever is thrown at the squad in the second half with something other than park the bus and hoof it.
It was clear from us slowing the game down that we were content with the point though, and scoring on the counter would be a nice bonus.

I feel a bit like this.Hardly checked in today, I am bored with the club, it the same almost every match.
Poor selection, no intent to win the football match, anti football, followed by inane rhetoric from a manager happy to collect a pay cheque for failure.
Watched the match on iFollow.
Chatted with my Dad over WhatsApp over the usual tactics, hot takes, and plays.
But honestly, it all feels a bit joyless at the moment - more of a chore than something to look forward to.
Can't imagine how it feels for folks paying £30 a ticket plus travel and expenses travelling around the UK...
