Unwanted information ?., who decides that ?

Full credit to the players and management today. Ipswich are a very good team and this was only their 5th league defeat of the season. We sensed they may be vulnerable after the Maidstone shock and went after them from the off. Bit of luck involved but sometimes you make your own.

Mads now found his role, growing in confidence and oozing class. Keane and Riis partnership is very promising.

Nobody can claim that today wasn’t entertaining. Let’s see where we can get to. Maybe it won’t be as depressing a few months as we feared.

Worrying thing is im not sure he is.
His lack of game intelligence and game management is a concern. People knocked Riis for that too but the fact is, Riis makes things happen regularly. He troubles defenders because he's unpredictable and quick. Ozzy looks pretty one dimensional and if we don't play exactly into his game then he's ineffective.

I'm willing to cut him some slack. Must be a massive thing upheaving yourself to a new country when you don't really speak the lingo. Must be bloody hard.

He's certainly keen and willing to get stuck in and we know he can wallop a football. Just hope the rest can come to him

I agree, some people make instant judgements on players and then have to look for confirmation bias to back up an early opinion.
Give the lad a chance to settle in before deciding one way or another whether he is Championship level.
Hopefully this Season he's finding his feet and from the start of next is the time to make proper judgement.
To me he has shown some good signs of ultimately being an asset, whilst also having things he needs to work on.

The problem we now have, even a decent win doesn't cut it with fans.
Ryan Lowe has alienated a majority of the fanbase so much they just dislike him so much only a change will begin to mend things.
Even after a wonderful start today the whole atmosphere was muted.
I don't see how the club can plan ahead with the scenario we have.
I will say it now, even if we make the top six (unlikely) I want him out, it's irretrievable.
Spot on this, and I think it runs deeper than Ryan Lowe. I think this season has pushed some fans over the edge in the chances they are willing to give the manager and Ridsdale.

Yeah, great to get the 3 points and another win that takes us close to safety. However, it wasn’t all down to us and the way we played, we had some luck and some slack play from them. We are now very much like a league 1 team that has come up and is happy for any win they get - teams come to our place and dominate. To top it off, we are seeing teams that were in league 1 passing us by and progressing.

The club is lucky it has the support it has, and they risk losing it if they continue to believe that what they are serving up on the pitch is ‘quality’ and represents progress.

Other than Riis, can’t say anyone has had a bad game. Great performance.

Storey, Lindsay, Hughes and Woodman have had so little to do. Ipswich have been woeful
Was that serious??
Since Riis came back in we look far more dangerous, as an attacking force.
He works the defenders with his pace and unpredictability, even if like Mads not everything comes off.

I think it's because we put by our standards a large chunk of change on the lad. Think folks might be expecting a little much from his first season.

If we are having the same convo this time next season then maybe.

There's plenty of time for him. Riis had a very uninspiring first season and then took off the next. His strength is latching onto balls and using his pace and power to get a shot away. But his link up play does need some serious work.

Fair play to Ipswich fans. 3-0 down and they're still urging the team on and know they're capable of getting back into it.

If I recall after Sunderland, Lowe said at 2-0 down it was game over. Difference in mindset eh!
Spot on, Ipswich really went for it second half and will feel unlucky not to have come away with a point.
