What a really strange transfer saga. Within the space of a week Wrexham have clearly declared interest either from tapping up or agent contact, Wrexham have quite happily stumped up the cash and we have let him go immediately. Despite all this he's created a stink through a transfer request and clearly pissed off the manager.
Obviously the move at this stage of his career is hard to turn down but the circumstances he has created just doesn't make sense. Has he chucked his toys out the pram after the first rejection? Has he had a bust up previously?
Fan opinion of him is poor and he will have known that. He likely held a bit of umbrage towards the fans of the team he captains, as shown from his antics at Brig (Cheers @Doyler).
Truly everyone is happy. Well at least for now until the Wrexham fans get a good look at him from Disney+
