I think it's one of the skin options, possibly at the bottom of the page.

You're right.... I've been looking for it to try and help (I used the swear filter for a very short time, early doors)..

Go to Forum Actions (near top of page - under the photo of Deepdale)
Choose General Settings
Go to Forum Skin (near bottom of page)
Choose something that doesn't have the word 'censored' in it. Mine is set to PNE-Online
