The Mental Health section of PNE-Online is the only area of the forum where we allow anonymous posting or posting from non-registered users.

This is a feature that we allow in order to protect those who wish to share their stories or ask for advice but may wish to protect their identities for any number of reasons.

In order to post anonymously all you need to do is click on your profile icon and click the log out button.

Alternatively if you head to the forum homepage from another device or browser where your credentials are not saved this should allow you to post anonymously.

As with other sections of the forum please be respectful of other posters

Just because something that is posted may seem trivial to you doesnt mean it isn't to the person posting.

Be extra careful about making jokes as things that may seem innocent could easily be taken in a way other than intended given the subject matter.

We will be actively encouraging posters to utilise the anonymous posting function but if we find posters using that feature for anyway other than it's primary intention action may be taken in relation to your primary account.

Finally, if your issues may be urgent I would please urge you to use one of the contact numbers posted in the thread below as they are trained professionals and will be much better equipped to help you in any crisis.

Nobber popped up in my notifications a wee while ago to double down on his previous efforts. Before sinking again just as quickly.
Hope he's ok.
