Is Gryba genuinely rated or is he seen as another FRG?

I'd be giving him some minutes tbh maybe once he turns 18 as need to give the fanbase some hope from somewhere so a local lad potentially scoring a goal or two is something to cling on to.

He’s absolutely miles off it, even with our current standards. You need a specific set of attributes for a youngster to be even half successful at league level, and being tall isn’t enough
