I thought we had a chance of the expanded Play Offs this season.Birmingham’s captain, a central defender, has won player of the year, 2 seasons on the bounce. Let that sink in 😩
Because the other foreign players are given plenty of slack like Erabi and Burgzorg? They're all fuckin wank.I'm glad you agree with me about Leroy. He's utter crap, I think he was cut a bit of slack, being foreign and all that, but that often happens.
Yes they are, but there was hope for much better from Leroy, champions league and all that. Erabi was talked of as a potential 'cult hero' until we realised how crap he was.Because the other foreign players are given plenty of slack like Erabi and Burgzorg? They're all fuckin wank.
Leroy has shown a few nice touches and looks classy on for ball at times but just doesn’t positively affect the game in any way most of the time. Whether this is down to him or the fact we’re generally utter shite is up to debate.I'm glad you agree with me about Leroy. The 2nd goal was a joke in all honesty both in terms of how we defended it & the fact it was a drop ball in the 1st place.Morning from the Over Wyre slightly deflated.
Right considering the hammering we got slightly more up beat than I was last night.
Firstly until the first goes in, we were playing fairly well, the loss of Gibbs was a big factor, had looked useful on the wing, personal view really should have put Moran on then would have kept the balance of the team better, however Zorg goes on.
The firstThierry loses his man and leaves a massive gaping hole where the defence should be, Millar scores(no idea why we are booing him)
The second goal is contentious, always thought there was an unwitten rule that on first bounce you don't hammer into a danger zone, but he does, good finish, unsurprisingly the ref got grief from this, and we switch off and this leads to the third. Game gone at half time.
Iversen makes three good saves in the second, Gray scores a beauty and they hit the post.
As for the sending off, absolutely no complaints he had committed about 30 fouls before this.
As they say the Darkest Hour is before the dawn, trouble is have a feeling it's not got dark yet.
See you Wales, boyo, will be behind them 100% they really need us at the moment
Keep smiling my friend, enjoy the sunshine and the wine, don’t let this lot spoil your next few days, they have been crap for a long time and there is nothing we can do about it. See you when you return. Malc.Fair point.....

Should they havee re taken the throw but to give them a drop ball and then we know what happened after thatThe 2nd goal was a joke in all honesty both in terms of how we defended it & the fact it was a drop ball in the 1st place.
Offiah is a centre half who cant defend, positionally inept and can’t head a ball 🤷🏻♂️ the fact he steps out with the ball now and then doesn’t make him a “rolls royce”. His pace covers up many frailties imho.Tin hat on but the only players many folk seem to rate are Offiah and Leroy. But they're both crap.
We have no defenders that can ‘defend’ - how the owners failed to see this during the transfer window is dumbfounding. Suggests they don’t want many matches from the IOM => the problem1 v 1 defending not 2 v 1

Even with a back 5 and 2 sitting midfielders (that’s a back 7) we haven’t kept a clean sheet since January.Genuinely though, what else could he play?
What sort of shape do you think will get the best out of what we have?
Burgzorg aka stick drift.Leroy isn't brilliant, but he can do things the others can't. He can control a ball deep, work and opening and pass out wide to develop an attack.
Other aspects are poor, but in a better team he would make things tick?
Likewise Erabi has attributes and failings.
Burzgong???? Might as well play Gryba.
Players are poor and shot for confidence. Doubt we can turn it round before its too late for this season
It’s shocking what’s happened to Small and Devine….if we keep putting Mills in the position he was in last night he will soon be on the same trajectory.Made the painful trip yesterday and left on the hour mark.
Blatantly obvious none of these lot are ready for a relegation scrap.
I said to my old man how we used to be so good at defending our box some years ago, but now it feels inevitable if the opposition get within 10 metres of it.
I don’t like to single out players, as they were all dreadful, but Thierry lost me yesterday. I’ve wanted him to push on more than any other player but his positional awareness, or lack of it, is astounding.
Alfie is soft as shit as well.
A bloke who left at the same time said his dad was in the away end yesterday. It’s shocking what’s happened to Small and Devine….if we keep putting Mills in the position he was in last night he will soon be on the same trajectory.
And therein lies the problem.Morning from the Over Wyre slightly deflated.
