Conor McClaughlan

Conor McClaughlan

Knee level compound fracture. Bone out the side of his leg. Poor kid

this is beginning to sound encouraging.... if he was back at Deepdale by full time, it doesn't sound like there was a bone sticking out of his leg.

How did that story come about? It made me sick.

This forum is full of bull shitters

to be fair - the poster was probably reporting back what he had heard from the media

According to Voldemort there are many of us who are actually pleased at what has happened to the lad.

It would take someone with a warped mind themselves to make that accusation.

Thats his ego speaking. He thinks because so many of us despise him and because he has championed Conor (and anyone else under 21) that therefore we will be happy to see him injured.
Sad but predictable. The boys injury is truly sad, he's obviously a good pro and was realy making his mark. I look forward to the day I see him play again.

A sentiment that will be echoed by 100% of true PNE fans.

Good luck Conor, youre looking a real prospect, get well soon.

Good luck Conor and a speedy recovery. Hope to see you fit and flying again next season, you are truly worthy of wearing the PNE shirt and i look forward to seeing you in the team again.

A great shame to see a player of such talent get an injury like that. He has looked a real prospect and outshone Mayor and Barton incredibly when the focus was often on them. Look forward to seeing him in a PNE shirt very soon, as he has a potentially fantastic career ahead of him. Hope you have a speedy recovery Conor

Hope Conor can make a full recovery, and Best wishes go to the lad.

We've had some bad luck this season, but this takes the biscuit. This is the worst news to come out of Deepdale this season as Conor looks destined to have a fantastic career ahead of him.

More distraught by this than the result. My heart goes out to the lad and I wish him a speedy recovery. Connor will hopefully be an awesome player in league 1 next season.

+1. Get well soon.

Was in the Great Room today, Phil Brown said he heart was with Connor, and was very disappointed that the players did not rally in support of him, and go all out to win for him!

Just to be clear... I wasn't accusing MJB of bullshitting.... I was genuinely asking how such a story had originated. I suspect he felt bad about the post.... but as you say... probably not his fault.

We obviously don't have players who have this trait within their personalities - do they care about the club ??????

At the risk of looking like a player waving an imaginary red card in the air, trying to get a player sent off....

Mods. Can you please look at Voldemort's posts. I believe that he does not post his own opinions. I believe he posts any old shite that he knows will bait people into a reaction.

90% of people don't stick to the letter of the forum rules... but there have to be limits. If I was a mod, I'd be considering Voldemort's membership of this forum. I don't know the exact terms for his crimes. Trolling, flaming, bullying..... and if others are to be believed, posting under multiple i.d.s

I take it that raefil and Fibber have correctly quoted him here. This quote annoys me no more than a lot of the other shit I've read from him, but this one hits a nerve and really pisses me off. In the cool light of day, please think about what would be best for the forum. If leaving him to spread his shit is best.. then so be it. Right this second, I'd be hitting the big button marked BAN - but I know I'm feeling particularly sensitive this evening.

I know you wasn't I just put the 3 quotes together

Extroverted positive overt attention seeking narcissistic personality disorder? Troll, for short.

I echo this entirely. I was so glum at half-time after what happened to him. I didn't say a word to anyone. He has been the only good thing about supporting North End recently.
