I can't imagine how he feels after that. Had a similar experience with someone many years ago, and although they didn't take their own life they clearly needed help. It's nagged at me ever since.

It does, nothing you can do about it either, can't turn back time, feel like a twat when you shouldn't.. can't possibly be available at all times and know when somebody in need is going to call
