I'm not sure if a drinking establishment has been established in Watford but two very good friends of mine own the Wellington Arms which is a free house.
It's 150 meteres from Watford Junction, (come out if the station and turn left against the one way traffic)
They are more than happy to accomodate us for the duration, before and after the game if people wish to have somewhere drink somewhere other than Witherspoons!
