Blackpool had the second lowest average attendance in the Championship and so these are things I never want to hear from Shaw again:

We haven't hit the big time because
a) Our attendances are not high enough
b) We don't have enough money
c) We are a small club

Like the OP says, both Blackpool (much smaller club) and Burnley (about same size club) have both made it to the big time. We have not. Who does the buck stop with? SHAW!

Seriously, after this, Derek get ur fat arse out of Deepdale. And anyone says its not Dereks fault, f*cking wake up, we should of been there years ago, but lack of iunvestment at the right time. I am so glad I held back on my Season Ticket, because I won't be wasting my money or time whilst derek is still holding us back. Small club like Blackpool and Burnley Last seaqson whilst Derek has held this club still since he took over.

Simpson sells Alexander to Burnley - Burnley get promoted because of his penalties throughout the season.
Irvine releases Ormerod to Blackpool - Blackpool get promoted through his vital goal in the Play off final.
Clowns, the lot of them and Shaw has appointed them because he couldn't find funds for BD at the right time. He leaves and then somehow we give Irvine £5m to waste on wasters and Simpson similar to waste on Carter, Nicholls and Co.
Our biggest chance of PL was in 2005, and if we give BD the money he wanted, we would have probably got promoted.
Our finances were fine then, and we were even close to making our finances brilliant. However the lack of that little bit of a gamble has fucked the club financially and on the field.

Well done DS, this is all your fault.

This has been coming for years. DS has constantly been saying "we've been punching above our weight" for years, yet little Blackpool with gates of only 8000 and only 3 years ago were in L1 are now in the Prem before us. I'm sick to death of these excuses from Shaw. Your time is up! 😡

Maybe so, but 9 times out of 10 that kid is in the right and that kid is standing his ground. Seriously this is the worst season ever in Football for me. Irvine, then Fergie, the Players, whilst Burnley enjoy their season in the big time and Now Blackpool. Whats worse, they are set for life.
