Is anyone predicting a second consecutive relegation for Preston North End?
I see no reason why not.
North End will be bottom of the league by Christmas.
Looking forward to some fun away trips though.

You can get some seriously good odds against that. William Hill have us at 25/1 for relegation.

First, I declare that I do believe that we will end up in the top 8

But who (outside of Preston) could be truly shocked if we got relegated again?

We spent the season rooted to the foot of the table.
We seem to be in the middle of a fire sale and, at the moment, we are the only League One club not to have made a signing.
We have a very unproven team.
We have a manager who has tasted both meteoric success and bad failure.
And remember that FOUR teams get relegated from this division.

So, whilst I'm really hopeful that things will turn for us, and I think a bet on us to get relegated will be a losing bet, I do think 25/1 is very good value.
