Depending on whether or not Millar is wanting to play lwb, I'd be open to Rose or Bertrand coming in if they fancy a year at this level.
 
Surprised Luke Amos is a free agent, didnt do well last season but the season before he bagged 6 goals in 29 games from midfield, only 26 years old as well.
 
Tarique Fosu is the only one i'd be remotely interested in, but we don't really need him.

All the left wing back options are ancient.
 
Wasn’t El Ghazi a wingback at Villa? Or was that El Mohammedy?

The only players there id be remotely interested in are Tuangzebe, Clucas, Amos, Freeman, Stanislas and Fosu but I don’t actually think any make our first XI and we’ve already got too many players to name in the match day squad so I doubt it would be worth moving on any of them
 
Free agents usually demand high wages and are often football mercenaries, I'm not sure I'd take any of the named players. A lot of due diligence required.

El Ghazi is a winger El Mohammedy is the FB-Wing Back
 
The only one I'd probably take is Axel Tuanzebe

But he's pretty much nailed on to go to Ipswich.

Was only a few seasons ago where he was pocketing Kylian Mbappe in the Champions League.

Yeah i think he has had bad luck with injuries and stuff, was at Stoke last season but didn't seem to be ripping up any trees.

Going to work under McKenna is probably his best bet to get his career back on track, definitely would have worked with him at United.
 
Theres a name missing off the list, Andre Gray, there's an article on deepdale digest saying he's been released by his greek side. If wages weren't an issue he would be another addition to our already impressive strike force.
In the names mentioned, I would have Fisher back , if just for the shithousing!

Gray’s boat has sailed, would guess he wouldn’t be good for squad unity, money grabbing mercenary.
 
There's a few names on that list I'd look at if we needed them, but the squad as it stands is pretty well rounded.

I'd take Tuanzebe as an upgrade on Bauer, I'd even consider Phil Jones on a trial, great example of a player who lost his way.

Bertrand would be an excellent pick up at LWB for a season, possibly two, Danny Rose on the other hand I feel has been out of the game for too long now so wouldn't risk him.

Luke Amos would potentially be a handy pick up as a replacement for Ledson, although I can't actually see him leaving as RL seems to rate him.

There are some other good names on the above list but nobody I would particularly get excited about for various reasons, age, injury record, wages etc.

Players who are free agents are earning zilch - absolutely nothing. But right now we don't need any else. Realistically we actually probably need to lighten the wage bill before thinking of bringing anyone else in. Whatever their service in the past Bauer, Brady and Evans now look superfluous.
