Well I will be heading off in the opposite direction shortly - i.e. north from south east London rather than south from Preston. But my ultimate destination will be the same - Craven Cottage. By the way I am one of those who attended the famous game there in 71 when we sealed promotion with a Ricky Heppolete goal and of course the man who coined the Gentry phrase the great Alan Ball Snr himself managing us. How many others who were there then will be there today?

Another great day, shame about the game however the atmosphere was fantastic yet again. thought Fulham looked brilliant could see them getting into the play offs!
