He is firmly to blame for not helping get in a left sided defender at end of the window. Seemingly just thinking Brady could fill the void and of course he's been injured for last six weeks, who saw that coming.

Even just a LWB in and then you could mainly play KHH the other side and Potts gets deployed elsewhere or just on the bench ready to impact games later on but far too much logic and would rather get through half a season with the bare minimum once again.

Bowler wasn't that bad at Cardiff last season, pretty sure he started over 30 games and they were mostly comfortable in mid table all season so his level is higher than what he's shown for a firmly bottom six team after a third of the season.

I imagine it's just a case of he was training with the Forest kids all summer so hardly any pre season games and he signs last minute in the window and PH quickly realises it's going to take months to get him up to the intensity of what he requires. Basically a repeat of the Onomah signing.
