My reasoning for wanting him out is that this season has now, bizarrely, turned into one for survival. I don't have any belief he will turn things around and I don't know where our next point is coming from, let alone three!

I know it means 'same old, same old' in terms of changing manager but we need to salvage this season ASAP.

End of the day though, the ownership and Ridsdale remain our underlying problem.

This will be so north end. manager and the ownership and Ridsdale will be still here ., when we kick off the new season

I have little sympathy for PH. It’s a results business and through his team selections (albeit limited) he is causing problems for the team and himself. Jebbison shouldn’t be starting. And his hold play woeful. Signed by PH.

It will be fucking actually comical if Murphy survives another managerial change given his...and I'm going to use the word without laughing as I type...impact. we have got to be the worst team at set pieces offensively and defensively and have been so since the prick set foot in the place.

All the whole we are watching the premier league being walked by a team of set piece specialists. It fucking matters at this level.

Heck and McCall are a pair.

The ill discipline ultimately sits with the manager, mate. Personally I'd separate it out - let the coach coach and appoint someone else to deal with discipline / HR issues. Expecting one bloke to do absolutely everything just isn't a modern way of working.

Sadly though the guy running the club at an operational level is an OAP and appears utterly clueless about how modern organisations actually operate.
 
For the first time, I feel Heckingbottom needs to go, his win percentage is frankly pathetic. At Rovers when he threw the water bottle down I wondered what he was doing, the team dont play for you do they Paul. His team selections make me want to throw the water down. However, its not all his own making. The board killed it it January, absolutely terrible deals, we did nothing for 20+ days, then panicked. Iversons injury and Armstrongs return were the final nails. The club dont want it, so why should we spend over £400 on something thats never going to succeed? Its not entertainment, its stubborn habbit of attending. If Ridsdale and Hemmings don't leave in summer, then sadly im out. Fuck them.

If the owners don't give a fuck then the fans shouldn't either. Fuck the hemmings and fuck Peter ridsdale and if nothing changes I'm sorry to say but fuck preston north end , I've had enough of spending hundreds upon hundreds on a club that don't have any ambition on trying to go to the next level
