And to think the condescending email I got from the riddler about how much of a cunt I was…January stuffed us JK. The messing about was shambolic, I recall PH saying since the summer what was needed and what happens, in January we sell 4, sit waiting on Armstrong the entire month and then panic buy 3.
The manager's stats reveal everything, and he probably needs to go, but he's just a symptom, not the problem.
There is a very clear pattern among our last four managers: they all bring a breath of fresh air; team performance improves; they rebuild (or try to), then encounter some setbacks and resort to a grind-it-out-at-all-costs style (anti-football); apathy sets in; and then results decline to a point where they can't improve them. The core issue must be the culture within the club; we can speculate on why, but it's likely due to many factors. The key point is that it keeps recurring, which indicates a top-down leadership weakness.

And what defence he has is fuckin shiteHe's brought in his own squad, transformed it, and now we're 1 win 11, getting battered by Oxford.
He has no defence.
Every manager we have will turn bad, they realise they are pissing in the wind after 6 month, hence the drop in form. Its actually easy money for them because it wont tarnish their rep because of our owners. Our owners are league 1 levelIt does though.
Fucking infuriates me that a bad manager gets a free ride because of bad owners.
If we can't get rid of the shit owners, at least get rid of the shit manager.
I'm not sure they are even League 1 standard, if we got relegated the budget would just be cut.Every manager we have will turn bad, they realise they are pissing in the wind after 6 month, hence the drop in form. It would be a very easy cost saving measure for the I.O.M who have no interest in our football club.😡

I think the players are far better than what lowe had..
Losing armstrong and iverson massive. But something more is not right. These playersxare better than recent results suggest.
has something happened where hecklefish has essentially down tools

I think there's a lot of truth in this. The club is 'riddled' with with people with self protection as their solitary aim - an environment cultivated by completely apathetic owners. The Manager acts as a lightning conductor for the Directors and the reason why Ridsdale tried to persuade Lowe to stay.
The token effort in January was a case in point - if (and I think it's a big if) those were the players the managers actually wanted, then somebody needed to get hold of him and ask him what the fuck he was thinking. Unfit players for positions we already had covered, when we were screaming for another central midfielder. A blind man could see it.
Instead Peter will peddle it as 'I did my bit' and pass the buck to the manager.
The only things that change this are either relegation or a change of ownership (aware that one may lead to another)...until then I just can't muster any enthusiasm for this football club any longer. It's like paying to go to the cinema every week to watch the same film.
Imo it seems the manager has downed tools and the players look clueless. Only thing in my head us he knows hes a gonner if a takeover happens. Weve been shit since this Zedan fellow came out.I think the players are far better than what lowe had..

However, same happeded under Neil, he gave up and waited for his payout and nothing regarding a takeover happened there, maybe its just the Hemmings remit.

Yes, you’re right mate. The manager isn't the problem.
You could go and get Pep in and it wouldn't make a blind bit of difference.
You can just tell how these players are currently running through brick walls, body’s on the line and give there absolute max for the manager.. plus the fact this gaffer is outsmarting all the others that Pep, or a new manager wouldn’t make a jot of difference.

Well a 27% win ratio would be a start.Where's the manager going wrong @MrBoomBoom ?
Why was it all Lowe’s fault under Lowe but not hecky’s fault now?
The hypocrisy from some of our fans is some of the most embarrassing I’ve seen.

Completely agree about something going on. No matter the ability of the players, tactics or formation, they should still be able to put effort in, or at least match the opposition for effort.I think the players are far better than what lowe had..

In the last 11 games, I can only think Ipswich away when that has happened. First half Swansea.
No matter the level, that is unforgivable, and the sheer number of games it has happened is alarming. If we had 10 points less we’d be in massive trouble

Not a sniff of a chance he'd come here.Going nowhere. Job for life at this club providing you stay out of the relegation zone and keep the heat of the owners. But it’s impossible to make excuses for him, he cannot coach us out of a poor run.
I’d give it Mowbray to the end of the season to let him have a look at the squad and see whether he can get them playing. Never struggles to get players to like him either. Currently ours seem to hate playing football currently
A young and proactive manager is pointless with our hierarchy so going there isn’t gonna happen
He's far too wise to do that, although its a very good shout 👍
Most other clubs strengthened in January we weakened and lost Iversen too it’s not complicated.Well a 27% win ratio would be a start.

Lowe's out of work. 😗🤣Who can we bring in as an interim?
Don't disagree with you, just wondering what options we have.
How do you work out we were weakened, certainly not, injuries at a bad time to key players, not sure what the excuse is currently for our run of form 🤔Most other clubs strengthened in January we weakened and lost Iversen too it’s not complicated.
Did we replace Armstrong that would be a no. We sold Thordarsen, Mads and Kean and replaced them with a loan that is nowhere near even the bench, a permanent that can’t get off the bench and one that only recently started playing and is now injured again! You tell me how you think we strengthened. Oh and it took the whole of January despite knowing what was needed. Shambolic yet again. How do you work out we were weakened, certainly not, injuries at a bad time to key players, not sure what the excuse is currently for our run of form 🤔
Lost a PL midfielder who wasn't replaced, weakened. How do you work out we were weakened, certainly not, injuries at a bad time to key players, not sure what the excuse is currently for our run of form 🤔
Sold Mads and replaced with someone who has played 4 minutes in 6 games, currently weakened.
Sold Thor and replaced with Lang, strengthened.
Loaned out Keane and loaned in Lukovic who can't make the squad, weakened.
One of best keepers in league missing 10 games so far and not replaced, weakened.
January was a horrendous month transfer wise, and is another reason why our owners need to sell the club.
