Is there a problem with the News section?
Some key threads appear to be missing. Hopefully just a temporary situation??

You just turned it off and on again didn’t you? There was an technical issue last night that the other Mods have been trying to resolve all day.
I tried what little I knew at 0330am (fail) but the rest of the Mods who know their techie stuff (not myself) have been unseen heroes today wading through a monumental mess of threads.
Imagine reels and reels of fishing line all tangled up, that's the mess it has been today.
Patience.
You're not too far off actually. 😂You just turned it off and on again didn’t you?
That’s how most of the threads end up as soon as @Sid Snot is left unsupervisedThere was an technical issue last night that the other Mods have been trying to resolve all day.

Sorry 🙁We’re on with it. We think about 15 threads are affected and we’ve moved them out of sight whilst we sort them out.
To give you a flavour of the scale of the issue, over 50,000 posts are in the mix and a small number of posts we think have been lost.
We’ve returned a few threads back to the forum already, but it’ll take a little while to get the rest back. Sadly two of the threads affected are the biggest we have. (What are you listening to? And the Tories/politics threads)
There was, for a brief period, a thought to let it all go, but then you’d be back down to 100 or so posts! 😉Sorry 🙁

Hope you manage to get the Extinction Rebellion thread back - I am actually using that for inspiration at the moment! We’re on with it. We think about 15 threads are affected and we’ve moved them out of sight whilst we sort them out.
