Keith Treacy

Keith Treacy

I know for a fact he was transfer listed under Ferguson due to his lifestyle and attitude but don't know why he hasn't been given a clean slate under Brown. Surely he's not managed to piss off the new manager already?

The Treacy thing is just sad. He's clearly one of our best players but clearly a fucking moron. A Whaley esque career awaits.

Brown said the other night that he needs the right manager and he thinks that himself and Horton are the ones for him. He then said that Treacy also has to think that, if he doesn't then he doesn't want him here.

Read into that what you will.

Sounds like he should just get his fucking head down and get back in the team rather than pissing his career up against the wall. Like Whaley when he went Banzai, Treacy has achieved the square root of fuck all in football so far. Electrician courses are hard to get on these days.

What a first class tool. New manager, lots of positivity and a clean slate, and he allegedly throws it all away for the sake of a few pints.

Fair enough, we all make choices in life. He obviously chooses to drift out of professional football.
He is a loser...he was like this at Rovers, thats why they got rid of him.

I am 99.9% he was dropped and has been fined for being caught out drinking on thursday night in preston city centre, and was seen by a fan who contacted the club.

Would that it were that simple. We are only surmising that alcohol is the problem but if that is the case, as anyone with a drink problem will tell you, it's not usually a case of simply 'bucking your ideas up'. Nobody chooses to be an alcoholic. If he genuinely has a problem, he needs help. Clarke Carlisle had a problem a few years back and was helped and supported by Holloway at QPR and he turned things around, Roy Keane has a drink problem in the 90s. Then there was Tony Adams-maybe his clinic may be the answer-it even helped Joey Barton stop drinking (though it didn't stop him being a prat).
