Just seen an article on the Gazette website suggesting that Hollowhead is willing to allow some of his players to go out on loan.

When i read the article i was staggered to hear that 'Ollie' has 45 registered professionals on his books at present. If you ask me, he could be heading for trouble because of the huge amount of players he has. They are supposed to be signing 2 or 3 more players on loan in the next few weeks including DJ Campbell.

So............

Firstly, would you have any of the Filth's players on loan?

Secondly, who do you think is available and are they any better than what we have?

Personally, i would prefer if we looked elsewhere for players than the Lashers. I think it is a powder keg situation with people leaping on the player after any mistake and ramming home teh fact he comes from the Sand Flickers.

Saying that, i wouldnt mind taking Elliott Grandin or Ludovic Sylvestre on loan who are two decent central midfielders. Other players that could be available in my opinion are Bob Harris, Neal Eardley and Craig Sutherland. I would not be particularly bothered about any of those latter 3.

Why would Neal Eardley be available for loan ?? The guy plays week in week out for them. To answer your question though, I wouldn't want any Blackpool players on loan, too controversial.

I am under the impression that Eardley hasnt been playing recently and has been poor when called upon accoridng to a few Lasher friends.

Blackpool 'helping us out' with their reserve side would be the ultimate kick to the balls.

No thanks.

There are some good players not even getting in the squad, Barry Ferguson being one of them. Harris, Eardley adnd Sylvestre all played yesterday and won't be allowed out.

Good players who may be allowed out would be Elliott Grandin, Scott Robertson and Chris Basham. I'd expect they will be looking to play at better clubs than PNE though.

Success at all costs. I couldn't give a shit if we signed Holloway himself as a player if it meant we would get promoted.

This won't happen because the majority of support would veto the idea. Same as Healy etc - I agree with Hurlock T but assume that the majority weill think otherwise.

It's a bit of a double edged sword really. If they helped us to promotion, then we're laughing. If they don't, then the Lashers would claim 'Agent X' stopped us going up.

If any player was good enough to help us achieve what we want to achieve, then I'm for it. But any of their players coming in on loan would have to outperform every other player on the park, week in, week out. Just to keep the fans of their back.

Is that because you can't answer it without sounding a complete idiot after your last but one post

Are you some kind of fucking time lord? The answers NO I wouldn't want any of there players, are the players they're putting out on loan superstars or something?

I don't actually think the majority of our fans are that shallow

Yes but the idea that professional footballers act as double agents is something of a slightly fantasty based juvenile mind in my opinion. Does the same go for Burnley players in recent seasons? That may explain a lot?

Also who gives a fuck what people think? The buck stops with Westley, with or without loans or help from outside agencies. If whoever he signs does the biz then great, if not then he sends them back.

Get behind the team. The days of petty rivalry are well and truly over - especially as we are quite some distance behind our rivals.
